The ones who win aren't the most talented
Here's what I've figured out after 7 years of having my own successful coaching business and watching hundreds of women try to...
I've watched brilliant coaches stay broke and average ones get booked out. The difference is never their skills or knowledge.
It's everything around their skills.
How they think about themselves.
How they talk about themselves.
How they market and sell themselves.
That's the whole reason this brand exists
To put more money into the hands of smart, talented women who can change the world.
Because I was sick of being talented and underpaid.
The world is full of brilliant women with life-changing expertise who are undercharging, overdelivering, and still being treated like an option. Meanwhile, women with weaker results but sharper positioning are getting paid more, booked out faster, and taken seriously. ROAR to Rich closes that gap. We help you become the only logical choice through psychology-driven messaging, personal brand presence that commands attention, and sales strategy that turns authority into consistent revenue.
I didn't start this because I had some grand business plan.
I started it because I was pissed off.
In 2018 I had a marketing job at GoDaddy and I was crushing it. Productive, great reviews, the works. So when a promotion opened up, I went for it.
They told me I hadn't "been there long enough" and gave it to a man who couldn't keep up with his own workload.
Then one Friday he was behind on his deadlines and I'd already finished my projects. They asked me to stay late and do his work for him.
He got the promotion. He made more money than me. And I was the one they expected to stay late to cover for him.
I quit that October. No savings. No backup plan. Just done.
So I started a coaching business. And for seven months it made zero dollars. It was scary. But going back wasn't an option. So I kept going.
First sale. Then the next. $100K in a year. Then $20K+ per month consistently.
You can be genuinely excellent at what you do and still be broke and overlooked...
The money didn't show up because I suddenly got better at my work. I was already good. It showed up when I got out of my own way, hired a coach to help me see my blind spots, and learned how to make other people see what I could actually do.
That's the whole thing.
Not because you're doing something wrong. But because nobody ever taught you how to close the gap between how good you actually are and how good you look to the people who need to pay you.
That gap is everything I teach now. It's why I built ROAR to Rich.
Most women don't have a skill problem.
They have an authority problem.
The world is full of brilliant women with the talent and expertise to change lives. But most of them are hiding and holding themselves back.
Stuck working for someone else or second-guessing every move
Waiting for "one day" because they're scared it won't work
Stuck. Overlooked. Underpaid. And none of it is a skills problem.
They're not taking their expertise seriously, so no one else is either. Meanwhile, women who aren't even as good as you are charging thousands and getting seen as leaders.
The difference was never your skills. It's who owned their authority first.
ROAR to Rich closes that gap
Marketing built on buyer psychology. A brand that makes comparison impossible. A sales process that turns authority into revenue. And the confidence of a hot bitch.
I'll tell you why I really do this
I want the people who actually give a damn — about other people, about animals, about the planet — to be the ones with the money and the power in this world.
Because money is power. That's it. That's the vision.
Too much of that power sits with people who'd step on anyone to keep it.
Right now
The flip
When women with depth and integrity become the well-known, well-paid leaders they were always meant to be, everyone they touch wins.
The clients they change
The causes
they fund
The women watching
who believe
